The booklet "Mammals around us" is gradually being distributed to all Junior Rangers. It is part of the current project on biodiversity and animal conservation, which is financially supported by the Schmitz Foundations.
The project is planned to run for one year and there will be camps for the junior rangers lasting several days to which experts from e.g. Elephants for Africa and Cheetah Conservation will be invited.
Together with the trainers from FEYS and the Junior Rangers, we are looking forward to immersing ourselves in the exciting topic of biodiversity. In Botswana, this complex issue is closely linked to wildlife conflict due to the close coexistence of the population with wild animals.
It remains exciting! We will keep you informed about the progress of the project!
