On May 27, 2024, Theda Gräfin Knyphausen gave a workshop on environmental protection for 22 participants.
The workshop, which took place in the beautiful room of the Nhabe Museum in Maun, was attended by two teachers from each of five Junior Ranger schools and all trainers of the program. Theda addressed topics such as waste management, water as an important resource and trees and their importance for us humans.
The participants worked in groups on various aspects ranging from possible local environmental protection to the global effects of climate change. Everyone was very attentive and there are already ideas for new projects at the schools. Well done!
We are delighted that the contact persons at our Junior Ranger schools are active, supportive and motivated!
