Projekt

Once again there is great news!

The teachers of Khwai Primary School would like to introduce the Junior Ranger Program at their school.

From 19.06.-20.06.2024 Theda Gräfin Knyphausen, together with our Junior Ranger trainer Selly, conducted a workshop for teachers and participants from the African Bush Camps Foundation.

The African Bush Camps Foundation financially supports the project to establish the Junior Ranger Program in Khwai.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their support!

The workshop participants immediately set themselves clear goals for the next four weeks. There is to be a large waste collection campaign for the new Junior Rangers and a recycling point is to be set up at the school. Gradually, new trainers will be trained in environmental protection topics and in environmental education work for children and young people. We are delighted that the Junior Ranger program is growing in other regions of Botswana and is so enthusiastically received by children, teachers, parents and the neighborhood!
